True costs and cake

True costs and cake

17 May 2016

IT projects have a poor reputation when it comes to cost. Very few complete on budget and, for those that do, it's often at the expense of scope or quality. In most cases the problem starts at the very beginning – with an under-appreciation of the true cost of IT procurement and implementation. In this session we heard from Alexis Chapman and Jo Knowles who shared their experiences of completing IT projects within scope and budget and offered tips and thoughts on getting to realistic budget that reflect the true cost of change.
