Our 'CRM in a box' service is designed to help not-for-profit organisations of all shapes and sizes gain access to the very best in terms of expert guidance, insight and practical know-how to help ensure your organisation's investment in CRM is a success - with a mix of hands-on support and practical resources, and access to some of the leading experts in not-for-profit CRM.
Starting with a half-day workshop tailored specifically to the needs of your organisation, our consultant will start getting to grips with your organisational strategy, your current technology situation, and how your various stakeholder groups – e.g. supporters, members, volunteers – expect to engage with you. During this workshop, our consultant will also share with you the latest trends in how organisations like yours are using technology, and provide an overview of the CRM systems and suppliers relevant to your needs.
As well as working alongside an expert consultant, we'll also provide you with valuable resources that you'll then be able to adapt for your organisation to help you build a business case, approach the market, and get your team ready to tackle your project. These resources include:

- CRM Toolkit – a guide to the typical resources, templates and frameworks that you will need for a successful CRM project – including ideas to help with setting up your project, documenting your requirements, approaching the market, and planning your implementation.
To help make sure you stay on the right track, you'll then have access to 20 hours of independent, expert CRM consultancy during the specification, selection and implementation of your new CRM system – ad hoc advice which you can use as and when required.
