Adapta’s CRM and Cake is one of the flagship events in the third sector calendar. Each year, the session provides a unique opportunity for stakeholders from charities and membership organisations to meet in confidence, take stock and share opinions of the CRM market.

The CRM terrain will be as difficult to navigate in 2018 as it ever was; software choices are blurred; suppliers continue to rise and fall; and success stories are still hard to come by. This session offers confidential insights into the experience of a cross-section of organisations implementing strategic supporter and membership systems. With case study illustrations and contributions from charity leaders, this session will focus on supplier selection and CRM implementation management.
