- The Event
Many charities have long struggled to manage and make best use of all the data that is collected and stored across the organisation. With supporters and members themselves increasingly generating data that is important and relevant – whether that be through online fundraising platforms, registering for volunteer opportunities, or purchasing something in your charity shop – and many internal systems with important data that needs connecting, the questions of where and how to ‘manage’ supporter and member data are more relevant than ever.
The session will draw on case studies from the sector and the subsequent discussion will cross the traditional departmental boundaries; so, senior managers have been invited from finance, HR, fundraising, marketing and communications disciplines as well as those with information systems responsibilities.
