Answer Time - a zoom panel Q/A session

Adapta’s discussion sessions are among the most sought-after events in the third sector calendar. Answer Time forms part of our online collection of webinars, round-table discussions and video talks, and features a panel of thought leaders and specialists from the sector. Answer Time brings together groups of experts to answer your questions about the opportunities, challenges and changes facing the sector.
 
Answer Time sessions are invitation only and participation is restricted to 25 attendees from charities, membership bodies, trusts and other NfP organisations. The panel sessions are organised and chaired by Adapta and delivered by Zoom. Sessions last 45 minutes with additional time after for people to continue discussions should they wish. Each session is recorded for participants to download afterwards, share and discuss further.
 
About this session
With the unpredictable nature of covid-19, challenges with the economy and Brexit, it may feel you are supporting your organisation on shifting sand. These challenges present many obstacles for the NFP sector including the ability to change your ways of working quickly in order to meet the needs of the organisation. As we all know, this has placed an unprecedented strain on an already hard working and dedicated sector. 
 
Whilst we cannot give you instant solutions, we can provide ideas and help you make the most of your precious resources – your people! Join us for Answer Time and be a part of the solution to some of the key issues facing NFPs:
  • How can we become nimble allowing us to adapt to these changing times?
  • What are the risks we need to consider with new ways of working?
  • How do you maintain motivated and engaged people when they are working remotely?
  • How do we look after the health and well-being of our staff and volunteers?
Put your specific questions around these themes to our panel and share your experiences in a round-the-table discussion in our new series of Answer time sessions and let’s inspire each other.
