There is a school of thought that says a ‘Digital’ strategy is about as relevant in the modern age as an ‘Electricity’ strategy – but perhaps that is still a bit misleading. For many organisations, transitioning from a focus on internal business processes, using on-premise databases on servers under the stairs – to an omni-channel approach focused on the ‘Customer Experience’ - just sounds like a lot of buzzwords, rather than something readily attainable. 
 
What makes for a good digital strategy and where do you start? In this session we will discuss the key elements to an effective strategy; what that needs to address; and we’ll hear from leading organisations about where they’ve been successful, where they’ve struggled and how they overcame some of the challenges they faced.
