Andrew Brenson has worked in senior roles across the Charity IT Sector for the past 15 years after spending a decade at Channel Four Television, where he managed IT support and infrastructure.
Whilst Head of IT at Save the Children UK he remodelled their IT function over several years and also played a leading role in the development of Charity IT Leaders. Andrew has been heavily involved in international NGO technology collaboration through NetHope and has considerable experience within federated organisations.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner. He has spent lengthy periods serving as a Treasurer, Trustee and School Governor.
Well known in the sector, he has been commissioned over the past several years by major NGOs as an independent consultant to help deliver better IT in support of their missions. He has also filled a number of interim roles to help organisations maintain continuity during change.
A Londoner who has visited more than 40 countries, Andrew enjoys maintaining his collection of old cars and tours the UK supporting an unfashionable football team.
