Cliff is a senior IT specialist, experienced in leadership positions including Head of Global Networks, Programme Director and Procurement Lead. He has a particular focus on technology strategy, security, procurement and consultancy.
With over 35 years technical & commercial experience in UK Central Government, Cliff has strong supplier management skills and a proven track record in a wide range of successful programmes and projects.
As an experienced leader and manager of multi-disciplinary teams, Cliff is accomplished in dealing with stakeholders at all levels. His experience includes senior consulting roles for the NHS, DWP and the Ministry of Justice. Previously, he provided global IT leadership as a member of the Diplomatic Service in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.
He has significant experience in working with board level clients in both commercial and non-profit organisations, and a wealth of experience working in welfare related departments including the Ministry of Justice – National Offender Management Service (Prison and Probation Services).
Cliff has travelled widely and worked overseas in Europe, Middle East and Asia, including having lived for twelve years in the Indian Sub-continent and the Far East. A trained mentor, he is actively working with the homeless in Milton Keynes.
