What is ‘Digital Transformation’… and where do you start?

About this session

COVID provided the impetus for digital transformation to become a mainstream trustee topic – but what exactly is involved in a digital transformation and where do you start? What does a strategy to transform your organisation look like? In this session we will discuss the key elements to an effective digital strategy and practical ideas for how you can develop one. We’ll hear from leading organisations about where they’ve been successful, where they’ve struggled and how they overcame some of the challenges they faced in becoming more ‘digital’.

What will attendees gain from attending this session?

Attendees should expect to:

  • Have an opportunity to learn from the experiences of their peers in other organisations
  • Find out more about approaches to developing a strong digital culture within non-profit organisations
  • Learn about how non-profits are using technology to support their digital plans
