About this session

Hear from Adapta’s Mark Luckins and Emma Robinson as we explore how volunteer management systems (VMS) can not only help charities recruit, deploy and support their vital volunteer workforce, but also enhance the overall volunteering experience.

In this live webinar and Q&A session we will look at the role VMS can play in reducing the typically admin-heavy processes of volunteer management, as well as providing a responsive digital engagement platform for both current and potential volunteers.

Attendees will leave the session armed with an understanding of the different flavours of VMS that are available, and the productivity, efficiency and cost benefits they can bring.

What you will get from this session

Attendees will gain knowledge of the common features of VMS and how they support volunteer recruitment, matching, communication, and scheduling, along with the value of volunteer portals and flexible integrations offered by digital platforms.
