With digital marketing and digital fundraising, organisations can no longer expect just one system to be able to manage their relationships with supporters or members – so systems integration is becoming increasingly unavoidable. Sadly, systems integration is a topic where the opportunity for confusion and conflicting advice is considerable.

This workshop will discuss why you should consider integrating your systems and the symptoms to watch out for. It will explore what types of system integration are commonly required, and will provide a high-level overview of some of the various methods and technology tools required for systems integration.
