Digitalising finance and cake
Digitalising Finance to empower the whole organisation.
By applying modern finance methods to fundraising activities, organisations are saving themselves time while also becoming more agile and improving engagement. In turn, this is helping them to improve the loyalty and retention of their supporters. This session asks the question, “How can you digitalise finance functions and processes throughout your organisation?” In answering this question, we look at the cadence of modern finance processes, what that means for marketing and fundraising teams, how they can be better supported through effective use of data, and generally better empowered to do what they do best. We’ll hear from leading organisations about where they’ve been successful, where they’ve struggled and how they overcame some of the challenges they faced in making the change.
What will attendees gain from attending this session?
- How digitalising finance can empower others within your organisation.
- How real-time automation can aid the charity’s agility and improve “customer” experience and engagement.
- How the modern Finance department can feed into digital marketing strategies to unlock growth.
- Hear about case studies from other charities who have overcome challenges with their finance processes.
- Have the opportunity to discuss your own charity’s challenges with peers within the sector, across a round table.
- And as always… enjoy all the cake you can eat (fruit and other options are provided also)!
