Building the technology capabilities your third sector organisation needs in order to thrive in the future – including sourcing considerations, structural options, and business alignment.

About this session

Third sector organisations that struggle with their technology can focus too much on the technology and not enough on the people. This Adapta event will focus entirely on the options organisations have to source and sustain the specialist technology and data capabilities they will need to fully utilise and benefit from their investment in technology and systems. Helping you to answer questions such as “What skills and capabilities will we need from our IT/digital/data teams in the future?” and “Should we outsource or build an in-house team – or a combination of that?”, Adapta will tackle this issue starting from the essential capabilities that all organisations need and then building on this as your organisational size and technology/digital ambition grows.

What will attendees gain from attending this session?

Based on decades of experience and working with hundreds of clients in the not-for-profit sector, Adapta will help you better understand the market options for external sourcing, internal technology operating models and trends we see in how organisations are attempting to mainstreaming technical skills into the general DNA of the organisation culture.
