How can AI really help your organisation?

About the session

AI capabilities represent a major step forward for digital technology and will change how people think about and interact with AI. Much has been said about the future potential of generalised intelligence and associated risks. Adapta advise that Third Sector organisations should seriously consider today how AI could help support their mission operationally now and more strategically in the future.

But exactly how could AI help your organisation? What AI use cases might be relevant for your organisation to consider? From a strategic perspective how should you think about AI? Is it just another technology product or platform, an IT strategy concern? Looking outside your organisation what real world opportunities is the market offering?

Adapta’s consultants will help to demystify the world of AI capabilities and help attendees develop their thinking on ways AI can strategically help third sector organisations both operationally and strategically.

This event will also give attendees time to network, share experiences and thinking in respect of AI with other organisations.

What will attendees gain from attending this session?

  • Foundational Clarity: Attendees will gain an improved understanding of AI specifically in respect of how it can be strategically employed by staff, specific functions and your organisation.
  • Market Awareness: Delving beyond the specifics of brands and avoiding techno-babble (mostly!) this session will improve attendees understanding of the “AI marketplace” to provide a solid conceptual understanding of what market options exists today
  • Organisational Capabilities: AI is changing the paradigm on how we think about, buy and use software. How is AI different to traditional software procurement and adoption?
