Adapta’s CRM and Cake is one of the flagship events in the third sector calendar. Each year, the session provides a unique opportunity for stakeholders from charities and membership organisations to meet in confidence, take stock and share opinions of the CRM market.
For a long time, the Holy Grail of CRM has been a 360 degree view of the supporter/member/stakeholder. Many have tried, none have succeeded…until perhaps now. Developments in the last few years have seen better and better integration between CRM, digital technologies, social media, and sophisticated data analysis tools. We may be there at last. But, if we are, it means CRM alone is no longer enough. Organisations will need to think much bigger to get the return on investment. Have we bitten off more than we can chew?
With case study illustrations, contributions from charity leaders and open discussion, this session offers confidential insights into the experience of organisations implementing strategic supporter and membership systems.

"Adapta have been honest and realistic with us throughout. They are clear where they can add value and where we can do things on our own – so it feels like a partnership..."
